Cypress & Associates all started with Matt Brigden finding his talent for interpersonal communications, organization and keen eye for statistics. Running Cypress for over 20 years has resulted in a perfection of property management services both appreciated by tenants and landlords. A qualified property manager, Matt Brigden has held the title of Queen’s Best Landlord and is recommended internationally for assistance in investment properties and tenant services. Holding a degree in Mathematics & Statistics from Queen’s University, Matt Brigden has used his variety of strengths working as a corporate consultant specializing in strategic planning and needs assessments as well as a founder and former President of Robolabs, a marketing company specializing in tradeshows and promotional events.
